LUD on approved I140 & AP. pending I485 ??

LUD on my Approve 2nd AP on 03/23/2006.
LUD on approve I140 on 04/08/2006.

anybody got any clue on these LUD's??
please share your ideas .

Strange LUD’s

The only time my I-140 LUD changed was when my previous employer revoked my I-140.

But yours may be because of different reason (like moving your case to different service center, just a guess).

pacha_card.. did you see any message change on I140, when your employer revoked I140.

I am still working for the same employer who applied my GC.

i don't what they are messing up with my case after waiting these many years :confused:
 
I had applied for my EAD and AP and it was still pending since November and i had launched a inquiry. Not sure if that triggered the date change.

4 EAD & AP applied in Nov 2005 still pending.
 
I experienced the same thing. My I140 was approved on Jan 19, 2006 after the clerance of security review. I applied for EAD and AP for my husband and AP for myself at the end of Feb 2006. I got LIN number for all cases and nothing more happened on the EAD AP cases. Surprisingly I noticed there is a LUD for the approved I140 case on Mar 29. I keep checking the status of all cases, nothing really happened. I will keep you posted if there is anything come up. I'm working "loyally" with the same employer, I bet it should not be a revoke.

If you noticed my signature, you will see I'm a NOV 2003 concurrent filer. My case should have been approved at least one year ago. I wrote to Senator office, my attorney initated several inquiry and got feedback it was under security review. In Jan, my attorney called me telling me USCIS notified her that the sucurity clearance review on me is cleared and they will adjudicate my cases. 3 weeks later, my I140 got approved, I485 is still pending.
 
It turned out last time's LUD change on approved 140 was due to the EAD and AP application for both my apouse and myself. I noticed recently it seems the NSC is not issuing EAD or AP if 140 is not approved.

Just yesterday there was another LUD change on my approved 140. I'm taking it as a good sign now and will keep the forum posted if there is any other updates.
