LUD on approved EAD and I140 still pending.

I think most people with an LUD on approved EAD got their 140 approved.
I am not among them though.
I had an LUD on approved EAD on 02/11 but still no news on my 140.

I wanted to see if there are any other , who's in similar situation like me.

My LUD got changed on I-140 on 02/01.. nothing happened until 02/25. On 02/26 I got e-mail from my lawyer that i got an RFE on my I-140. Online status still say the same old message.
the RFE is on ability to pay. So hang on something will happen in next couple of weeks.

Do you know when does one get the "Ability to Pay" RFE ?

Why I'm asking this question is in my case I have about 15% difference in my current salary and the salary on the LC ?

Please share your thoughts.

My dates are the same as yours, as far as filing dates and LUDs are concerned. Do you see any activity with approvals around our filing time, do you know of people who have got their approvals in the same time frame as ours.... I wonder what is the criteria used for processing cases by the TSC.

I don't think any one knows of TSC processing criteria. There are many cases that got approved around our processing time. We just have to wait and see the show.

1. You should get paid at least the amount specified in the labor from the priority date established. If not USCIS will ask for company financials to support the application to make sure the difference amount will be show up in Companies Net Income.

Check your mails. you might have received your approval.
Just got a mail saying my 140 got approved.

DID your LUD on EAD change again after they sent the RFE ?
