LUD on slef n spouse AP that document has been mailed.

called NSC they picked up immediately.

the AP has been approved.

for the 485 he said it is waiting officer review.

What do u guys think.

Not to sound pessimistic....thats exactly what they told me when i called. And I got an RFE.

I hope in your case, they approve it without any hassle.

yeah u r right they can do n e thing at n e time.

I have applied to a RFE already. They received the RFE response back on the 14th of Feb.

Lets see what happens.
 
why were you denied the first time?

And what was the RFE about the second time?

My RFE is like miles long, asking for pretty much everything under the sun.

the claimed to have insufficent documents and the copy of the 485 apllication I had keot had all the documents in it and at that time the second appication (through PERM) was already filed so I stoppped pursuing the first one at that point.

The RFE was about Birth Certificate from a muncipality (mine was from an Army Hospital).

usually when they approve n e thing the email states approval notice sent and a denial usually says document mailed

this latest I-131 says document mailed yet the I/O said its an approval

n he said ur 485 is waiting officer review

i know i am sounding anal n all but ur two cents will be appreciated

in my experience, when it is an approval, their website clearly says that they sent you an approval notice. Your 485 is already under review by an officer as you have received an RFE recently. My guess is they denied your I-131 because you 485 is/will be approved soon therefore you don't need the 131.
 
I-131 Doument mailed is 'approved' message

Even I got the same email stating 'Document was mailed' but what USCIS sent is an actual approval notice. I received the physical mail yesteday and it's an approval notice. One thing that's unusal is that they sent only 2 I-512 documents instead of 3 as in previous approvals.
 
Mailed means they approved it and sent you three pieces of paper: I just checked message on my old AP.
