LUD on 6/30/07, please post here

I have 3 friends in my portfolio that got LUDs 02, 03JUL07. All 3 have gotten LUDs, also, in 22, 23MAY07. May be some checks requests/results from VSC or iquiries on those days, from lawyers. All, EB3 PD2001/RD2002.
 
I also had LUD on 7/02 and 7/03, this is first LUD after VSC->TSC. I think it can be due to the status request I made in early June.
My wife don't have any LUD's..

I had LUDs on 27, 28 and 30th Jun, 2007. Just talked to the IO at TSC and she told that it was under review on 27th. She said Security Check Pending... but i don't believe her as i had an InfoPass last month where the lady said i had my clearence from FBI.

PD Apr 2003.
485 RD March 2004.
140 Approved.
FP expired.

I had an LUD change on the 28th and 30th. The first one is because I responded to an RFE but the second I was wondering about.
 
I had an LUD change on the 27th because I responded to an RFE.

I also got LUD on the 28th, 29th, and 30th with no message change.

Anyone know whats going on?
 
I hate to be a pessimist but since it's so many of us I feel it's just a system update. Unless they update batches of people, it seems kind of strange.

Did the message change to "On xyz_date, we responded to your request for more information blah blah blah"?

Or are you just guessing that the LUD change is for the SR response?

From earlier posts in this forum, many members had LUD changes with no message changes during the day, and then found out the next morning that they had gotten approved!
 
No change in message. it is same.... I got stuck in name check - Info pass last month, so I am not exited.

Same here. LUD on my case on June 28th. Spouse's on 29th & 30th June.
Opened SR & Changed address.

Name check is pending so no hope.
 
I know for sure that FBI sent response to USCIS for my NC in May. I have a letter from FBI confirming that.
Now I haven't seen any LUD changes on my I485 since end of 2006, though 6/30 I got LUD on my I765 and I131 approved more than a year ago.
So go figure ...

Take infor pass appointment and ask IO if Visa Number is allocated to your case. As per my meeting with IO, Visa Number gets allocated when case is ready for adjustment (i.e. Name check is complete). Most likely once a month. My wife's name check got approved in May and I am sure that in Jun her case was current and must have got Visa number.

case still may go for internal Extended Review. That will also add some delay (sometimes).

I visited USCIS for InfoPass appointment last week (Thursday to be exact). Officer confirmed that they'd got result from FBI and my case now in extended review. I did not ask about visa numbers (Thursday they weren't that relevant). May be I need to visit them once again to ask about that...

If you think you are stuck in name check, it is time to ride the tide to send letters to congress, senate, and FL, even president to complain.

Legal immigration, once again get a short window time to be put under the light of media.

If you get LUD on 6/27-6/30, move now, the only thing you need is that FBI update CIS with a "no record", next email you receive is "Card Ordered".
 
LUD on Jul 4th????

I am not sure whether I got LUD on Jun 30 (was traveling), then found LUD Jul 3, and then again Jul 4 -- with no message change.

Anyone in the same boat? Will they give me a nice surprise on National Day? I am losing hope here...

No LUD until now
