LUD on 485.... 09/06/2007

how did you get your name check cleared...???

1) I had sent email to FBI Name check division in Dec 2004 and got reply in June 2005 that our name check result were sent back to USCIS in Jan 2004(spouse) and July 2004(myself).
2) As pe IO @ local office on August 25th our name check is pending since 2005.
3) I called TSC today(Sep 6th) and IO told me on phone name check is clear really dont know who to beleive.

Did you call TSC to find out your case status recently, just to see what they say about your LUD?
 
What could be this....?

Called TSC today to check the status on FP given on 8/24/2007 and the SR told that card production has ordered after taking my SRC *****

This is the message on I-485 in USCIS.gov

Receipt Number: SRC**********

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On September 6, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

What could be this ?

Hi p235:
No, I did not call TSC to find out about my case status. In the past when I have called, I always would be redirected to the National Customer Service Center and they would just say my case is pending (which I already knew). I did an Infopass once and that too did not yield any new info. Based on my observations of other people's cases, it seems that usually an approval is preceded by LUDs over consecutive days.

I called USCIS yesterday and was on hold for an hour, later gave up. About NC, please search the forum... I have written it many times.

I wish we are coming to the end of this ordeal... I sincerely hope everyone gets it soon.

When you call @ TSC, then they never say anything other than online status. I tried even POJ trick but same answer.
