LUD on 485 01/04/08 --- LUD on 140 11/11/07 -- EB3 Apr 2003

my 140 approved in 2006 and there was soft LUD on 11/11/07
Today there is a soft LUD on 485.

Anyone has soft LUD on 485, with a soft LUD on 140 previously.

Dont know how many sleepless nights it will cause :(

I had a soft LUD on approved 140 in October 07 followed by soft LUD on 485 in November 07.
Subsequently in December 07, I also received a letter from Ombudsman stating that the case has been assigned to an officer and a letter from Senator stating that my namecheck was cleared in October 07 (that explains the soft LUDs). So far no approval....

I am not expecting approval in near future as the priority dates have retrogressed (unless of course some miracle happens...Anything is possible with USCIS!)

I had a soft LUD on approved 140 in November 11/04/2007 and today had a soft LUD on my I485 and think this lud was happened because of my address change
