Got a LUD today 12/13. Dont know what it is ? Praying god!!

The status still show received and pending

How do you know you have a lud ? I check my case online and it says it is invalid the SRCXXX I typed , but I have the hard copy with me of the receipts.
I called them and there is a glitch in theier system , how can I fix this ?
I applied on 16 Aug/07
