LUD on 140 (EB2 PD Nov 4 2003) on 08/12/2007

Hi All,

I just noticed an LUD on my 140 on 08/12/2007 without any message change.
did any have same kind of exp?. I had an lud on 07/20 for 485. Is it good or bad?..

it happened to my case as well

I even had an RFE on my I140. The LUD chaned but not the msg. I don't even know if my Lawyer replied to RFE yet.
 
No, My I140 is not approved, What i meant to say was that I have a RFE on my I140. My Lawyaer is supposed to responsd to it. I don't know if he has responed to it yet or not but LUD changed for me to 8/12/2007 without any changes in message.

To give you an example

One of my friends I 140 got approved in June 2005

In November 2006 he got RFE on Approved I 140 because his employer showed losses in his 2005 return, so USCIS Sent RFE on all his employees' I 140 i guess to prove employer's eligibility to pay wages ...
