LUD on 08/12/07 (Sunday) - Anyone?

I got an LUD on my approved 140.

One on my AP and one more on my wife's AP; both are pending.

All three were today, 08/12/07!

My case was transfered to the local office back in 2004 for interview, and at the interview was told to wait till the visa#'s become available, and come June I got the approval letter from Local office. So I got it stamped. And then they send the file back to TSC saying that they have taken care of the case that they sent initially, and please go ahead and order the cards for us.

So that is what is happening. The case reached the TSC from local office so the status that the case is pending at the office that it was transfer to. Next step is Cards Odered status.
 
LUD on APs

I and my spouse had LUD on AP yesterday (sunday). Actually in my case, I received the approved AP document on Jun 29, but till yesterday the message was still shoing as case pending, and now with LUD it changed to approval notice sent. My wife's AP was approved on Jul 2 and her message was approval notice sent, but still had LUD yesterday.
No change on 485 though.
Looks like something is cooking :p

I too got LUD but interestigly not on ripe I-485 (LUD 6/30/07) but on my first approved I-129 dtd back in 1/2000 got new LUD 8/12/2007...
wondering what is cooking..
 
Okeee...another LUD on my 485 today (08/13/07)too.
So thats two in a row...yesterday and today.

I too got LUDs 08/12

My I-485 is at NSC, there was LUD on our cases too on 08/12. There was LUD on 08/10 as well.
 
I just browsed on trackitt for pattern of LUD's on I 485 for a recent approval, please check trackitt for user 'minokichi' (TSC).Looks like few of us are having same pattern .Please through your comments.

It looks like our case LUDs are identical (also noticed that of looking485,atmaramji and a few others). I really hope that this signals something positive.
 
I just called TSC ,immigration oficer told every thing is clear i have to wait untill october 1st for a visa number .
 
LUDs

Hello Friends,

For me same, LUD on pending I131, which was(4th AP) filed on 7/13 means more than a month. But lot of luds on old H1Bs ,

I140 on 7/7/7
1 st AP on 7/7/7
2Nd ap on 7/14/2007
3rd AP on 7/28/2007
4Th AP (still under process) on 8/12/2007

on I485 7/30/2007, 7/31/2007 (NSC IO told me this info because my
I485 receipt number was missing on automated system since last oct 28 06)
IO told me everything was cleard on 10 /2005 but waiting for nc clear.

Finale result : NC pending since 10/21/2004.

On 08/12 I got LUD change on my denied I-140 and updated status message to: "We mailed you a decision on June 6." which is the date of denial.
Also LUD changed on MOTIC but no message update.
 
LUD on approved I-140

I see an LUD change on my approved 140 on 08/12/07. There are no LUDs in I-485s. No message change. No emails. I did FP Code 1 on 08/07/07. Don't know what is happening.

I'm in a similar boat. Got an LUD on my approved 1stAP (I131) and 140 on 7/28. Yesterday (8/12) I got an LUD on my pending AP without a change in message 'Current Status: Case received and pending'.

As mentioned earlier in the thread it looks like it is a computer program that ran on Sunday. I'm not sure if it has any impact on our cases, but hey, it doesn't hurt to get excited.
