LUD not changed since I filed my 485

I applied for I-485 in July 2002. Since then I got 2 FP notices and 2 EAD/AP renewals. However, the online status in USCIS web site has not changed for my I-485 application.

I contacted the FBI and they said that the 2ndFP has been already sent back to the USCIS.

People who have applied 1 month before me and after me have got their approval.

Does anybody know what triggers the LUD change and do I have to do anything or follow up with anybody?

I am in same boat my message never changed from last two yeras I Had 2nd FP in June 2004. No one knows what is the criteria. Lets wait wait wait wait----

same here! no change from Day 1.

RD= Sep 27, 2002,
ND= Oct 15, 2002.
FP1= Nov 21, 2002
FP2= April 29, 2004.
Waiting for 3 EAD & AP approvals..

Did any of u use AP for travelling outside the country? I am asking because I used it and 2 other people who applied for 485 along with me ( both approved) did not use AP or EAD.

I am just wondering if this is causing any delay

Relax...I had 3 EADs & 1 AP, never used any of them, RD/ND Nov. 2001, I am still waiting for approval!

my status got updated only after i reponded to my RFE. i was giving me the same standard receipt message till then. it also never changed after i reponded to the RFE. also never received any LUD's even after a senator's follow up.

Finally

Just to inform you guys that the I-485 approval came through on Friday the 13th (08/13/2004)

the online status changed for the first time for 2 Years ---phew and what a way to change
