LUD message for 2nd 485 approval notice - Please advice

I got my 485 approved on 09/27/2006 and got the approval notice. FP done on 09/21 but I have not received the card.

My spouse and kid got the plastic card already and I am still waiting for mine

Today in the online case status my LUD was changed to January 11, 2007 with the message that an approval notice has been mailed on the above date.

I am not clear why they are sending the 2nd approval notice

Has anyone of you come acorss this situation?

Any info on this is highly appreciated

LUD probably means they are working on getting the card out. You will not be getting a second notice.
 
There is a LUD change today but no update to the content

I remember people mentioning here that there is only the date change but no update in the status

I have asked my attorney to followup with USCIS on this

This is really strange :(

Anyone has similar experience??

Hi Sinna,

I got 2 approval notice too. I think it's just some mistake in USCIS internal system. You can check my signature details.

My 140 still pending online and I never get my approval notice also. But i got my GC last yyear already. Called USCIS twice but no reply. I guess they just totally forgot to update my 140. You should be fine.

Just push on getting your card I think.

I got another letter from USCIS that has reference to one of the case opened by me on 11/27. It states that the card order is production and I should wait for another 60 days :confused:

This letter was posted a day before my case status changed to 485 approval for the 2nd time.

I think my case is getting all the more complicated now

Would it be wise decision to change at this point?

Any information on this is highly appreciated
