LUD Changing dailay

My LUD changing daily from 04-22-05 for both my I131 and I485. Why??
Please show light.........


NSC Concurrent
EB3/India PD oct2002
I140/I485 RD 6nov2003
I140 AD 6Jan 2005
2 ap RD 14mar 2005
LUD I485/I1331 22,25,26apr2005.

It could be several things

- Fingerprints received
- Change of address for you or your lawyer
- RFE coming
- Approval coming
- Nothing. Some people see LUD changes and then nothing.
 
when LUD changes with no change in the message are you guys getting emails? or we need to login and check LUD often
 
Just I got email for my AP approvel. It says

On April 26, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or
registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued


What you said is perfect.

How do you find out if the LUD has changed? Is it the date at the bottom on the case status page? Please let me know

You get an email when LUD AND msg changes...with just LUD change there was no email for me. I was logging in and checking daily myself

you have to sign-up for this service at the uscis website ... look for LUD chnages corresponding to your case/s in your portfolio
