Interview on Jan 13 2005-Didn’t got approval because of Retrogation
Again Finger Print Code 1 on July 10th 2007
NC Clear as per Info pass on July 20th 2007
Case Transfer back to NSC on Aug 16th 2007 (as per Infopass)
Congressman Enquiry- Waiting for Clerical Update (Don’t know what the hell is this mean)

It might be a sign of GC approval. I recently witnessed a string of LUDs on my I-485. My green card was approved last week.

Thanks for that , LUD happen 4 times and now it stopped , Message still say we have transfer the case to the
"The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office" This message happen on 11/21. Actully my case transfer on 8/16 and NSC recd on 09/06 according to infopass.
I alrady had interivew in Jan 2005 and due to retrogation i didnt get approvel, i missed by just 13 days.....unlucky number.....

I think LUD's might be happening because of your SR(Service request).When ever you place a SR you will see 3 Lud's minimum before they are sending the response to you.

I differ with your assumption. I raised a SR and LUDs have not changed. But got a letter saying that "Background Check is Open". I thought that it may be from FBI and started pursuing with the Congresswoman and First Lady's Office. Got a response from FBI saying that they sent it back in 2003 on the same day they received.
Then I approached Ombudsman office and they said that I will be getting a response with 45 days. Nothing happened and no chnage in LUDs. I pursued with them again. Got a response from them that they are pursuing my case and also asked USCIS to expdite my case.
Bottomline is - when all of this was happening, my PD was current and now it retrogressed. May be they will come out with that excuse. I left it to GOD and paring every day, not only for my GC but for the system to get better soon.

That is not the case always. For me no LUD on 2 SRs and even on FP2.
What happen in my case was little wiered , I was going to local office thorugh infopass every week since my case was local office and that time PD was current. First time got no information, Second time on IO told me that my case is approved and transfer to NSC.... So i was like wow and than after 2 weeks nothing happen so went again and than again othe IO said , Our name check is clear and transfer to NSC... thats all no Approval.....
The transfer happen in Aug and messaage change in November after i opne SR. And than agian 4 LUD ...
I dont know do you think they have assigned visa number when they transfer my case to NSC as i already had interview at local office and they gave me letter saying your case pending due to visa availabilty...
