LUD Changes means

I think one LUD change means approval by junior officer

If their r 2 consecutive LUDS than I think the junior officer has passed the file to senior to look and adjaucate.

So the senior officers looks at file in few days and approve/RFE/Transfer the case. Thats what I think

I have similar lud changes

I have similar lud changes and here is the information I received from UACIS.

After quering about my wife's 485 case on 11/25/2004 she got the same letter from USCIS as I got it states.
"The processing of your petition/application has been delayed. We are awaiting further information from another office to assist us in the funal adjudication of this case. As soon as this information is received, processing will continue on this case."

Her online message says "On November 12, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

I140 file date 11/9/02 RFE 3/4/03 Aprove 5/18/03
I485 Receipt date 11/18/02
