LUD - Changes everyday

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anybody knew if change in LUD everyday meant anything all. We all know there is hardly any consistancy with the way USCIS operates.. However, I thought i'd just check with the board to get some answers. I submitted my response to the RFE to USCIS on Oct. 21st. Since then LUD has been changing each day, without the change in the message. Please see my signature for details.
 
I am exactly on the same boat.

UCIS recieved response for the RFE on October 21st and the :LUD gets updated everyday.

Maybe they are looking into the response (assigned to the officer) and that causes the LUD getting updated.

Hi JBeeNY and Madman72,

are you approved after RFE or is LUD still changed everyday?

I sent RFE they revieved on Oct. 29, 04. and LUD has been changed on Nov. 1, 04..

No I have not been approved yet. looking at the trend on this board, I thing it usually takes an average of 1 month after the RFE to be approved. Hopefully soon.
 
Case transfer

What are the chances of pending 485 cases and 140 approved whose FP2 completed and response to rfe being sent , those cases getting transferred to local INS office ? Does anyone knows any friend or forum member having such scenario ?.
Also without any class A medical conditions or any arrest records.

What kind of RFE you had ?
I had EVL and had to submit medicals as i didn't do one during 485 filing ? No W2 or pay stubs asked at RFE.
