LUD Changes and then....nothing

Hi Folks,

My LUD changed twice on 7/7 and 7/8....and then nothing. No Approval, No RFE, No 2nd FP (My first should still be valid)...nada.

Anyone else seeing something similar?
 
RD : 06/19/2002.
FP2 : 06/01/2004

My LUD changed 3 times 6/28, 6/30 and 7/1.

Nothing happend after that.

any one help me with how to do name chack with FBI?
 
FWIW...LUD Changed again today. 7/7, 7/8 and now 7/30...hoping this translates into an approval soo...oon.
 
Approved Finally...

Got the e-mails today for me and my spouse. Approved on 7/30. Wish everyone else who is waiting the very best...its a long harrowing journey....but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks to everyone on this very informative forum.

Here are my details:

I140/I485 Concurrent: Jan 2003
I140 Approved: March 2004
I485 Approved: July 30, 2004
LUD Changes: 7/7, 7/8 and 7/30

Anyone tried PP stamping in Arlington, VA with just the Case Status/E-Mail?

ND-3/17/03
FP-1 - 5/23/04 FP is expiring on August 23, 2004
AD- ?
Should I expect any action in the case
 
Keep the faith guys....I think LUD changes will translate to approvals especially if your FP1 is close to expiring. Wishing you the very best...
 
My LUD changedon 7/29/04. keeping the fingures crossed.. Looks like our friends at BCIS have decided to work finally :)

140/485 RD: 2/10/03
140/485 ND: 3/7/03
FP1: 05/15/03
140 AD: 01/07/04.

Congratulations. Mine LUD was changed twice on 07/27 and 07/28. But I guess I am not as lucky as you are.
RD=05/03. FP1=02/04

Did you check your LUD lately. My LUD changed on 7/30/04 and nothing is happening. My FP1 is expiring on May 23, 2004.

I am keeping my fingers crossed. God bless us with Approval.

No more LUD further. However, since i am with NIW, the best I can hope is a case tranfer. My FP1 should be 03/04.
