LUD Changes after Address Change

We moved to new apt and changed our address with USCIS. I changed my address on 2nd of Dec and my wifes on 3rd of Dec. Since then, we are seeing LUD change on everyday almost. What does that mean?

485- RD: Aug-06-2003 ND Aug-12-2003
FP: May 17 2004
LUD for me: 5th Dec, 6th Dec, 7th Dec, 8th Dec
LUD for my wife: 6th, 7th,8th, 9th, 10th Dec
 
Address change email

I too have recently changed my address and i got the following email for me and my wife:

On December 6, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
