LUD Changed

Today I notice LUD on my 140 and APs dated 07/07/2007. I was surprised have not noticed it before. Anyways, There was no change in description... Apparently something is going on my case. Does any approved guys have experienced such LUD updates?.

My case was under further review, the last time I checked.

I spoke with a nice TSC lady(she was patient in answering all my questions) today and I got the info that they will send the FP notices once ASC has appointments. And FP notices will be sent from ASC(not from TSC) only when the appointments are available.................

Hi Reddy,

I looked at my FP notice envelop, which was stamped on Jul 10, 2007 and mailed from ZIP 75149 (Department of Homeland Security, Texas Service Center) and return service requested. Therefore I think FP notices were sent from USCIS. Thanks.
 
Thank you guys for your valuable inputs. This wait is killing me... Peoples are getting approved all over. Glad to see people are getting relieved and would pursue their dreams with no strings attached. I don't want to be at the movie theater ticket window and when your turn comes the ticket clerk puts the "HOUSE FULL" board...... but I still have hope.... There is always next show :)
