My lawer sent the reply. Hence LUD changed and message too.....On October 15, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 400 and 450 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

Any one had the same kind of message?
 
It's 9/15/2003. They issued RFE on 6th Oct and my lawer replied to that RFE on 15th Oct.
Bhadradee...did u have RFE?

This is just a normal RFE received message.

If you haven't got any news about I140, how can your I140 message shows the same? I can't understand.

I did n't tell that I got RFE what i Told is I got the same message on my 140
for past one year..

my RD is 10/23/2003 40 & 485

i got a "Ability to pay" Rfe for 140 on sep 26th, my attorney answered RFE .
please let me know the officer Number ... Delaing with ur case...

My RFE Issued Officer Number ##57...

140 -feb12th 2003

Swarna..I didn't get it so I don't know anything. My employer got the call from my lawer and my employer provided those info.

urs and mine RD/ND date are similar. when was ur FP date?

my details are:

140 RD/ND - 10/24/2003
FP ND - 9/1/04
FP date - 9/16/04

LUD - nothing since first message on 11/14/2003

I did my FP long time back.. on Dec 16 2003 --
Later LUD changed to 01/15/2004.. for 140 and 485 status.
After that no Action -- Still waiting ..

Be in touch.. as i am monitoring closely expecting some green light at the end of the tunnel.

I usually see ard 10-10.30am. Two updates I saw during this time and one ard 6.30pm.

I did not get any RFE on I485. Do you have any clue?

I got RFE for Both 140 and 485 , 140 ""ability to pay"" 485 Medical Supliment.
As per USPS tracking number UCIS recived packet on 18th Oct04. As of now anything changed in LUD.

NKP , please let me know when UCIS received your RFE responce???

as per previous posts in this form Officer #57 , VERY Good and he will chk the both 140 and 485 , Basically he is REALLY FAST... The other officers as per this form may took atleast month to make decession... :cool:

I called my lawer and as per her..it's 016.
USCIS got the resp on 15th Oct.
