LUD Changed: RD 04/26/2004

Today the LUD on our Travel Document SRCs changed for both my wife and me. The messages remain the same. We already got our APs in June 2004, and we never applied again. My wife did her FP on 11/02/2004, and I did mine on 11/03/2004 (early FP).

What could this mean?
 
AP LUD changes for me as well

The LUD on my AP changed to 12/08/04. My concurrent 140-485 was filed on the 25th of March 2004. However my case is messed up. TSC transferred my 140-485 files to a local office in Miami sometime in July. I got transfer notices for each of them. Ever since then I have not heard back from either TSC or the Miami office. Through research in this forum I found that TSC has been transferring some cases to local offices by mistake. I brought this to my lawyers attention and she got in touch with an AILA liaison to try to find out the latest with my case. The last I heard was that the liaison within the TSC was going to look into my files and see what was going on. Then today the LUD on my approved AP changed. I must note that my wife applied with me but the LUDS did not change on any of her apps. Both of us have approved EADs and APs.

I am hoping this is not some computer glitch. I hope some officer is atleast looking at my file.

On 11/29/04 My EAD LUD is changed but EAD was Approved on August 4 th. No Idea why there is change in LUD for EAD which is approved earlier. I have not noticed any change in LUD for 140 and 485. Even no change after given FP and FP notice also.
 
My 140,485,spouse 485 LUDs changed on 12/06/04.
No other applications pending.

LUD changed on AP again today

Guys,

Just checked again right now and the LUD changed to 12/09/04. This morning it read 12/08/04. As a recap, this is an approved AP for me. My 140-485 was transferred to a local office in Miami in June and my lawyer has been trying to get an inquiry started. Have no idea if this is related with the lawyers efforts or something random.

I saw the same. On 12/6 140/485-self/485-wife LUD got changed. On 12/9 again changed, this time including AP & EAD. They are doing something, don't know what.

Same here!!!

We had similar situation:

My wife's EAD's LUD changed similar to others.
12/07 wife's EAD got approved with change in LUD email.
12/08 LUD got updated again with same msg.
12/09 LUD got updated again with same msg.

My EAD LUD changed to 12/08 and it's still pending.

Not sure on whatz going on.... :confused:

Our 140/485/AP is pending.
 
I noticed recently that the LUD for all applications filed on behalf of myself and my wife now reads 12/03. I filed for my wife's EAD, AP, and I-485 on 9/21. Both her EAD and AP were approved prior to this happening. So I'm not at all sure why the LUD changed this last time. I didn't receive any sort of e-mail, and the message for each case in my portfolio is the same as before. My only guess is that CIS received my fingerprinting, which was done on 11/02. I have heard that there's a specific e-mail associated with CIS getting your fingerprinting, but I didn't get that one. Strange...

I have noticd that quite a few of the cases filed in March noticed similar Activity on their cases.
On Dec 6th both our AP's and and on Dec9th spouse's EAD LUD changed.
(Both approved in June 2004)
Our Recipt Date is March 25th 2004.
EB2 Category - Filed from Georgia at TSC.
Finger Prints Done on Nov 10th and Updated on Nov 15th that they received.
I think all of us should update this particular thread, if any of us see any further activity, so taht all of us can get an idea of what direction our cases are going to take and what exactly they are upto.
Anybody else who has experienced this and not posted here, please do so, so that we can try to figure out things. :rolleyes:
 
There are no more changes in our PF after 12/08.

yes, Msatl,
it was updated under I485 in the portfolio and also received Emails stating the same thing.
 
04/26/2004 I-140 Approved

Friends

I have received an email today from USCIS saying that my I-140 has been approved. This is good side of the news.

The other side is that our attorney never gave me a copy of 140 receipt saying that it was employer's petition. But he did supply the receipt number in an email. In that email he also gave the receipt numbers of other applications which tallied correct with the copies of the receipts (except 140) I got later. Would I be paranoic if I think that the SRC number could belong to some other employee of the company? How can I know that the SRC number corresponds to my name? Of course, I have already asked the attorney for confirmation on the SRC number. And, if I get the 485 approvals soon, they also confirm the fact!
