LUD changed on I140/485, no change in AP LUD. What does this mean

Hi All,
According to some posts here, If LUD on both I140/485 changes, it is a denial but my AP is still pending and no LUD change. INS should deny AP if the underlying 485 is denied. Please let me know if any of you had this situation

I am also in the same boat as u.. My LUD for 140 and 485 was changed twice...on 09/16 and today but without any updated message. EAD and AP were approved.. but doesn't know they will be cancelled or not.. :confused:
 
Where is your Case?. Mine is at NSC, I got RFE on A2P issues on 140, replied back 8/18. Did you get RFE on 140?
 
Mine is also at NSC. I got rfe for a2p on 06/15. below is my signature.
140/485 RD 01/11/05
140 RFE 06/16/05
140 LUD changed on 07/20 (documents received blah..blah..),07/24,07/25,07/26,09/16,09/19
485 LUD Changed on 09/16,09/19.
 
What is your officer code? couple of collegues had the same situation and their 140/485 denied. But they dont have any other applications pending. Mine is little bit different and the pending AP is not still touched.
