LUD Changed on 140/485 Conc EB2

All,

My LUD changed to 11/02/2004 for both 140 and 485. LUD for 485 had changed on 10/25, 10/26 and 10/28

There is no change in the message

140/485 ED 01/21/2004 EB2 conc

Dunno what this means, but wanted to update all of you

LUD and email about approval on 2/11.

No updates on 485, I filed semi concurrent.

here are the details:
EB2, semi concurrent.

I140 : ND 2/2/2004
485/AP/EAD: ND: July 23/04
AP/EAD/FP done in Aug04
LUD on 485 on Sept 9 for FP receiving message

recent changed in 485 on 10/27 ( I guess it was a mass data update)

No changes in 485 after that ?
should I assume and hope that since I140 is approved 485 can be approved soon too ?
 
my LUD changed as well...

My LUD(140+485 feb'04) changed to 11/02/2004 as well, the message on the web didn't change though. I never called the automated customer service # to find the status, would the message there be any different from what is there on the web site?

Not sure. My guess is it won't be. Goodluck to you. Lets track it together. Hope this is not a mass update of 140 and 485 now.
 
my LUD changed to 11/03/04 as well

this morning when I checked it was 11/2/04. Checked again after seeing ss1123's message and mine is updated as well.

Have no idea, started looking at this board only since the last couple of months, so am not too familiar with the procedures or what this might mean. My 140ND is feb 2, 2004 & 485 ND is feb 19, 2004. Checked with my colleague whose 140 ND is jan 20, 2004 & 485 ND is feb 3, 2004. His LUD is april'04 for the 140 and oct'04 for the 485.
I know someone who has been on these boards for a while and who got his gc approved recently, will ping him this afternoon and let you know what he thinks.

My I485 LUD also changed to 10/27, even though nothing else changed. My I140 stayed the same, at the RD.

Filed concurrently on 02/06/04, EB3.

Hope this means there is some progress...

Lot of people including get LUD on 10/27.
only 2-3 got LUD on 11/1-11/3...
I scaned the case on Feb 3,2004 just one day after your case.
8 people get approval, RFEs... from Oct 26 - Nov 1.

So , I believe your case gonna be approved.

I like to, because your cases is leading mine, a good indicator of my case.

But I do not have all I140/I485 cases number on your day.

I know someone work on collecting all I140/I485 cases on this board.(just recently 3 day ago?)

Please ask them providing the numbers on your Jan 22/04 . (normally less than 150 per day)

If you could get all cases on your day, I could report that to you on daily-basis.

it's case number like WAC040675XXXX.
You must have it for your cases.

First WAC is CSC's cases
04067 means 2004 067th day from Oct 1, fiscal year 2004.
5 means ???
XXXX means serial number CSC noticed on that day, from 0001 to around 3999.

there are 4000 cases per day,
inside them only 100-150 cases are I140/I485.

So, I just need all these I140/I485 number on your day.

Someone on this board has them.
You could reach them by your cases number.
