LUD Changed for EB3 from retro country and PD not current

Gurus,

I am from a retro country and PD not current, but LUD changed for me and wife to 6/21/2005. I am not sure if it had changed before also, becoz I checked after 2 months or so...

We are going to India this Friday, travelling on AP. If some miracle happens and got approved, while we are in India, can we re-enter using AP ?

Yes, you can enter using AP. And you may also get passport stamping at the immigration counter.

Another LUD today for mine and my wife's 485. What does this mean ?
Is this a +ve or -ve sign. Gurus reply please...

Not to get you worried, but it can't be an imminent approval. No matter what people say, if your PD is not current, there is no way you can get approved. Sorry.

On the other hand, if you do get approved - flying in the face of the popular understanding of retrogression...I will throw a Green Card party this weekend in your name hoping that I will be next.

Any idea about your Name check? Whenever the name check is done, you can see the LUD change for 2-3 days. Atleast it happened to us. Name check was done on Dece 20th 2004, and LUD's to both of us on 20th, 21st Dec 2004. After that no change till today.
