LUD change..WHAT???

I485 LUD changed from 5/6/2004 to 10/5/2004

ND: 6/10/2003
FP1: 4/22/2004

Concurrent filling, I140 AD: 4/5/2004
 
hi everyone,

my lud changed on 10/4 and 10/5. i have not applied for EAD or AP.....

rd: i485 july 2003
fp1 notice : sep1 2004
fp1 done in newark: sep24
lud changes 10/4 and 10/5

Nothing here... Still waiting...

I contacted my Congrssman's office yesterday and they in-turn contacted USCIS. According to their office my case is with an officer and I should hear within 30 days.

Getting more anxious now... :)

How did you manage to get this information about your case being with an officer, given that your RD is Feb 2003, 4 months later than current published processing date. I too asked my congresswoman's office last month and they asked me to wait and inquire after the proc date goes past my RD.

Also, I wonder if all of our cases which had recent LUD changes are with officers.

Strange and unpredictable are the ways of VSC. I am sure that if they were a for-profit company providing services to customers in a competitive marketplace, they would have been in bankruptcy by now, given the haphazard way they operate.
 
Can we beleive what congressman Say ? I mean in a case of GiveMeMyGCNow, congressman told that he will get within 30 days. IS it true he will get it ?
Any one had same experience on ths ?

Following are the exact words from the email I received from Congressman's Office.

"I spoke to Immigration this afternoon. Your case is with an officer and I
would expect a decision within thirty days."

I would also have doubted the response, but since I worked with the lady previously on other immigration matters (EADs, APs) I am leaning to beleiving her. After all, having hope is what keeps us all going ... :)

My Case was Approved

Hey Guys

My Case was Approved on 10/18/2004. I had Lud chnages on 10/05/2004 and 10/06/2004


Anyone else got approval

You are the first lucky one of this list. Congrats. Well something happened to my case too. But i got a RFE on an AP which was approved 2 months ago.
