LUD Change On I-140

Our I-140 LUD got changed today. Hope something Good will Happen :)

EB3- Sub Labor ( PD - August 13th 2002)
I-140 ND - 05/11/2004
I-485 ND - 08/16/2004
 
Mine too on 02/01/05, but the message did not change. Any idea floks what is happening?

I485 MARCH 2003
PD- FEBRUARY 2002

Sorry, guys, nothing will change in a short time.
My LUD for 485 changed twice (12/18/04, 1/18/05),
140 LUD changed once (1/18/05), up to today, nothing
happened on my case.

MY LUD on I-140 changed on 1/18.. nothing happened since then. now LUD change looks like a gimmick
 
Guys, It looks like a gimmick, if you see the bottom most of the status check note, it says "LUD changes and not message change means USCIS is doing some internal processing" I understand some is passing before our files and it triggers the LUD :p :rolleyes:
 
mine changed too. i had asked my lawyer to check the status of my 140, lud says we will respond to your inquiry in 30 days , if u dn't hear from us call this number in 30 days
don't know if it is positive sign or what
 
LUD changed to 2/3/05

I noticed a LUD change on my I-140. no changes to I-485 (of course, I donot expect that to happen anytime sooner). Keeping my fingers crossed.

no emails. but received news today that I-140 was Approved on Feb,04,2005

Did u put any address change or something?
Because I have sent for name correction and my LUD changed but my wife's LUD didn't.

p235, no address change. But, my lawers sent an inquiry on Jan 20th though.
 
No activity from my side

In my case there was no activity from my side. No address change or Inquiry.

I got status change on I-140 and I-485 and on my wife's I-485.

But status change reads "the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued".

I could not comprehend what can be the meaning of this. I will be glad if any body can help me.
