I recived an email from USCIS today with the message as below :
"On January 31, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."
My attorney has initaited 2nd Status inquiry on my case last week. I am just worried what this message is related to ? Is it just a response to the inquiry or RFE or Den......???? . Also this is a first update since 09/05/2003.
Do we get the correspodence from USCIS directly or it goes to Attorney always ? How long it would take to know the details ?
