Lud change on approved EAD application

Friends,

I have seenLUD on the I-765 EAD application which was approved on 12/09/04. I have also recived the EAD cards.

Then what this LUD could be for ? Does it have to do any thing with the LUD on I-140 ? Pl. see the signature for details.
