LUD change on approved 140

Guys,

The LUD on my 140 that was approved a couple of days ago has changed each day since approval. It might be nothing but I am hoping that the officer is working on my 485. Keeping my fingers crossed.

It is really a Good News and I hope your I485 will be approved in coming days. Did you find out about your name check status?

I have not made any inquiries regarding name check. I am hoping all is fine. Will do something if nothing happens within a month or two.

I still think you should it now.. I did call them up Today for the name check status, they asked me send an e-mail, will respond with 12 weeks.
 
Status message on approved I140

Status message on my approved I140 is changed yesterday with the following message. I could not guess what this is for. Can anybodyu explain it. To my wonder, I received 4 copies of the same email message

"On March 21, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued." :confused:

It would be nice if so. But I am going to India for a month's trip. Will I miss my FP Schedule date? If so, what will happen?

Saiser,

I believe you can go anytime within 90 days after the scheduled date. I would talk to your lawyer and make sure this is the case.
