LUD Change for EB3 retro Case

I saw LUD change on my case couple of times ( yesterday and today ) .. and was wondering what that means to me?
Any thoughts/comments? Please share with me. Thanks

RKGC,

LUD changes are very unpredictable. One cannot be certain as to what will happen after a LUD change. Some people have seen approvals, others have seen RFEs and FP notices. A few have seen no change. Keep monitoring your case and hope that someone is working on it.

While no one can be certain, its likely that you got data back from either fingerprint check or name check divisions of FBI (or both, which would be very good). FP data typically come back within a couple days to a couple weeks from FBI whereas name check can take anywhere between a couple of weeks and a couple of eons.

The good thing from your perspective is that someone is working on your case.
 
Thanks Saras76 and nikkasingh for your quick response. Yeah something is better than nothing .. I m not trying to be too positive here but can not resist my self asking this question to you guys... Is there any possibility of EB3 Retro Case getting approved?
 
I have seen LUD's on 06/16/05 and 06/17/05 and nothing happened so far, let's hope for the best.

My friend gave FP on 06/15/2005 and two times LUD change 16 and 17.But message was same. His PD date is MAY 2001. He field 485 on OCT 2004 (Filed separately 140 and 485).After two days he got approved on 06/22/2005. Think possitive, You may get Apporved before 30th.

I forgot to tell something. We are same company. I did FP on 06/17/2005. BUt I field 485 on MAR 2005. Because I got Query on 140. It cleared on 12/30/2004. We were field 140 same day.
MY PD date is Mar 2001. His PD is MAY 2001.
Now My 485 is ???.
