Hi,

I recentely filed AOS through D.O.R.A (Unmarried Child 21+ of USC)

Here's my timeline until now.

I hope it'll help you guys who filed through DORA.

Dec 11, 2006 - DORA Interview & File
Dec 19, 2006 - LUD Change / No message change
Dec 22, 2006 - 485 Receipt Received
Dec 26, 2006 - Bio Letter Received
Dec 29, 2006 - LUD Change / No message change
Dec 31, 2006 - LUD Change / No message change
Jan 03, 2007 - Fingerprinting Code 3

Is there any idea regarding the LUD changes before Fingerprinting?
First LUD change is for Bio NOtice, I guess.
Than what'll be for the last 2 LUD changes?

Do you know when the FBI name check begins?

Hi:

A bit of advice --- and I cannot say this enough ---- do not try to figure out what each LUD change means. It merely means someone "touched" your file for whatever reason. If there is a significant change, the message and the LUD will both change.

The online system can be very unreliable. Check it if you like, but realise that it does not work for many people, that some people can never accurate trace their cases on it and that it is often delayed.

And of course, confine yourself to checking it once a day (once every 2nd day if you are really strong!) ---- Personal experience speaking here!

Well, Its true... its a nightmare, this is what I did, I linked to my cell phone email, that way I know inmediatelly by text message if they touched for any reason, that way I dont have to be checking every single day......
 
I received the notorious 70days letter on Feb 24 and filed i765 today on Mar 8, 2007 (Day 87)

I was answered my case is being delayed because of the name check.
