LUD change after 2nd FP-General timelines

2nd FP July 2004


After ompleting 2nd FP, my LUD status changed on 8/9/04 and messgae changed to
"We recd results of your FP and we have resumed the processing......"


Guys,
Any sense of how much more time and what to expect next.
When can we expect approval?
 
I did my 2FP on 07/15/04, message changed on 07/21/04 to something similar to what you have (with a received date of 07/20/04 for the FP results). Nothing has happened since then, RD/ND Nov. 2001 ....
 
I did my 2FP on July 19. So far no change in LUD or message.

Let me know when you find any pattern or unified theory for the functioning of INS
 
The current prediction is that after second FP the cases are approved within 1-3 months (atleast most of them)
 
My 2nd FP - 7/2/2004
Online Status changed - 7/8/2004
LUD changed - 7/22, 7/23, 7/24, 7/26, 7/27 and 7/28

RFE - 8/5/2004

waiting for RFE letter...not sure what it is related to
 
I had my FP2 done on July 30th, and the status message changed to
"On August 6, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence...yada yada yada...".

Had my RFE earlier. Response received on June 8th.
I-485 ND: Nov 7th
EAD 3 applied.
RFE response recevied: June 8th
FP2: July 30
AD: :confused:
