Hi SineCurve, how do you know these LUDs changed today?

Keep 'em in original LUD thread

Sine C, Plz consolidate these with original LUD thread.. too many new stuff is hard to follow

LUD changed 2 times for me. on 11/10 and 11/11.

Message changed to

"We responded to your Inquiry on 11/9 bla bla..... Wait for 30 days to recieve the response my mail"

Why LUD is important?

Do LUD changes indicate some actions being taken on the case? Can someone plz explain? Thanks.

Yes. And if LUD changes without the change of the message - nobody can tell you anything more than "some action". Everything else is just guessing.

Sound of silence

Hello all;

This is THE topic that finally touched the bone... so many valuable people talking about it, just tells me this is the reality. Remember, we are responsible for millions of dollars in this economy, and "this" is what we are discussing today. Sad, one should say.

I fully sympathize with the person who started this thread, being one in the GC process for over 6 years. Unfortunately, although we are a significant bunch with a very notable score in the economy (undeniably the backbone of certain industries), and despite our potential in numbers & not only our contribution to the GNP, we lack the power to elect even our local administrators -and they are fully aware of this fact. Except for a really few -and that for totally humane reasons, there is no need and no immediate gains for any local administrator to spend time on our cases.

What we really do in this forum sadly goes beyond sharing dreams and providing support to one another (this should please not be read as I underestimate the value, on the contrary.) And, here we are, trying to judge how far we should or will be trusting the 'oh-so-source-of-pride' the American Justice. I truly wonder how we will reflect on the "cost" of this American Dream that took so much (irreplaceably) away from our most productive years, -if and- when we are there to judge with our votes...

I hereby thank one more time, to the owners and supporters of this forum. We all should continue contributing as much as we can to this most sincere environment.

Sooner or later, we will get it.

Hang in there... At least we should seek solace in the fact that the government is being sued for exactly bringing in such unacceptable delays...
Hats off to Mr. Rajiv Khanna for making our concerns heard...
Sooner or later you will make it ....

Cheers
