lud and name check

if LUD does not update after FP even though FP cleared by FBI ......is it because name check is not cleared ??

FP done Apr9.........no LUD

Some people never get an update and have no problems at all, but expect anything from TSC.

How about ur name check?
I got reply from FBI a few days ago (sent 12/20/04), my name check is pending, and my wife 's was cleared last April.

Last congressman inquiry says "name check is still pending", funny it says still, that was a month ago, waiting for the e-mail sent in dec 23, 2004, I already sent an expedite request, it will probably be denied since namecheck still pending.
