on 29th Nov my LUD and Message Changed to the Following:

On October 21, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

My FP1 was done on 15th Oct and I checked with FBI that they sent it back same day. So my questions are:

1. Why USCIS got it on 21st Oct?
2. Why they are postion it so late?
3. What I can expect next?

Buddy, its not late at all, you should be happy to see an update on your case status within one week which is tooo good.. There are many folks out here, who have done their FP and dont know if it has reached INS are not..

You just need to wait on line, to get your turn to get your 485..

Fp : Feb 15 2004
but I have online message like this till now...
On March 20, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.
