LUD and DATE on message changed

I had a following message after bio3 and medicals :
Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On January 11, 2006, we received your response to our request for
evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to
process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was
complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum
stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case
status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or
advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please
contact the National Customer Service Center.

(later on USCIS removed 570 -600 days from online message )

Today when i looked up my case status online i found this message::

It looks like USCIS cheating applicants by changing dates on case status message. i think it is good chance to make a good complain to governor about NEbraska center morans. i live next block to washingtonpost head office . I might ask them to write a small editorial about USCIS nebraska so immigrants would be aware about ongoing fraude.
I havent sent any RFE since january 11 2006 . what hell is going on ? :confused: :confused: :eek:
has anyone similar problems with case status message in Nebraska .??? can it be FBI name check? :rolleyes:
I called nebraska center today . People who picked up the phone didnt have any clue what a hell is going on with my case :eek: .3 USCIS agents who responded my phonecall they all transfered me and put me on hold for an hour. actually 1 of those idiots was asking me wether i had an interview for greencard :confused: i said yes can u send me my greencard :)
i wasted 3 hours on hold to reach that big boss who could give me an answer. they just hung up the phone on each attempt to reach him .
It looks like i have to make infopass appointement.i will call again tomorrow.actually it is better now i have a reason to break their balls now they cant tell me that crap" our proccessing time august 2003" ;)

My application for my wife got denied 1.5 year ago but recently I got message update +emails that they just received my RFE back. They will look at it and give me the result. All BS.

Have you heard that All the softwares have Bug. I think Nebraska's Server is crapy because they are cheap and don't want ot make too much money so what it does is just send crap and non-sense messages to people.

I hope everything will be fine with your case.

do you think bug can change only date of letter ? why bug does not send approval letter? :)
i did info pass appintment with immigration officer . i hope i will get positive answer.

i called 1800 USCIS today It looks like i talked to the smartest phone operator. she told me i have to send letter to nebraska center . and They dont have any contact number to LINCOLN NSC (it is strange):eek:
I got directors name .So my lawyer will send letter to Nebraska center.

I contacted a congressman Jim Moran :)
who is new democratic nominee in VA .I hope he will find phone number to Nebraska Center :cool:

my lawyer thinks it is mistake . they confused my application with other applicants and it means somebody elses case will be messed up.

My message was also changed to the one you got, however i still have LUD Jan 11, and in the message it says they received a response on Jan 11. I hope this change means they are going to take care of us soon.
 
I had an Infopass interview with an Immigratio officer yestrday.
I explained him about my case in detail . he told me Your name check clear your case is under prossecc. he checked on system he found the same message .He was lost . :eek: but he pretended as if it is normal .he told me it is okay .you are fine .I got angry :mad: .I insisted on date issue on my case status letter.he warned me i can get arrested if i dont calm down.(i made him understand you cant bullshit me with that crap) and and
He called to Nebraska Center .somebody in nebraSKA center told him it was a mistake.and they are going to fix it.
He was forced to recognize that they are f**d UP .He tried to change a subject He told me they are proccessing 2003 nowdays . i asked why would some 04 05 god approved .He replied everybody has unique case . I asked if i can make my case unique by contacting congressman. he answered try.

by the way Immigration officers nails were so long and dirty .I cant bielive it they cant even keep basic rules of hygiene (i can just guess why would man need that long nails probably to make line of coke for sale):)
