LUD after service request

Hi All
My case is stuck in Namecheck .My PD is current.
I went to the USCIS office in Seattle to find out about my case and the officer there said that he does not know why the case is not approved and he asked me to put a Service request thru the 1800 phone number.
After requesting service from USCIS I see a LUD on my I485 but, there is no message change.
Is this normal. Does asking for service request do any good/harm to your case?

How many LUDs did you get after the service request?

Someone said that inquiry might harm... Not sure though.

I just got 1 LUD. Does someone have a bad experience after a Service request?
The immigration officer in Seattle told me to request a service.
Hope this LUD doesnt mean anything bad :(
