LUD after congressman's office called VSC?

I recently had an LUD on my 485 case. I have resorted help from the local congressman's office. Just wondering if the LUD was related to their inquiries to VSC? thanks.

Could you please reommend me about an approach to contact the congressman office (like letter, phone call, meeting) ?
How did you convinced them to help you ?

you can locate your congressman on thie website
www.house.gov and enter your zipcode it gives your congressman details
