LUD after calling VSC?

I called VSC and was told my case was pending for security checks. After two hours, I found there is an LUD. I called several times before but never got any LUD. Also, I got mixed messages from callings. Sometimes they said my background checks were cleared and my case was waiting to be assigned to an officer. Sometimes they said it was pending for security checks, and one time they even said my case was with an officer. ??? :confused:

Does everybody get LUD after calling? Could this mean something?
 
I have an LUD again today. I saw from this board quite a few people get LUDs 10/03 and 10/04. This could be a massive thing.
