Hi,

Our case has been touched today (7/2/04). My wife's message got changed from the notice of fingerprint to

On July 16, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485
Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

My message is still the same but date changed to 7/2/04

On May 30, 2003, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.

What do you think guys? I know lots of people still waiting who has RD way before then mine.

Our LUD also changed today. R/D 2/14/02. We did the 2nd FP on 5/11/04 but status has not changed for both of us :confused:
 
LUD Date Changed to 07/02/2004

The LUD dates for me and wife's (I-485) cases were changed today.
I-485 RD:08/06/2004
FP2:06/11/2004
Ist LUD:06/18/2004 (Received Finger Prints, just guessing)
2nd LUD:07/02/2004 For me and my wife's cases. (REason Unknown)
 
Lud 6/28/2004

Same here. I noticed that my LUD changed on 6/28/2004. Everyday since, I've kept checking the status a few hours apart in the hope that something good will happen. Nothing yet.

I did not post anything about it because I didn't want to jinx it. Not that there was any hope to start with. Anyways, if I didn't jinx it yet, I've done it now.

Same with my case. My FP1 was done on 03/25/03, I was told by FBI that they have sent my results to INS on 03/26/03. All these days till 06/25/04, the message on my case was:

"Notice sent for FP recording ...."

Suddenly on 06/25/04, the message changed to

"Received your FP result on 03/26/03, processing have resumed...."

Again the LUD changed to 06/28/04 on the same day. I kind of got excited little bit. But after that nothing happened.

I am just wondering, what they are trying to do is, just before the FP expires (15 months) they open the case to check something and may be approve the case for some based on certain conditions. And if these conditions are not met then it goes to the "sleeping" mode again.

By the way, my case # EAC03097 (RD Jan End 2003, ND Feb Begining 03)
