Finally, just a few hours ago, I received the magic e-mail saying "Card Production Ordered"!

It is a really a great relief! :)

Only a few days ago, I received a response from TSC for my case inquiry that my case is currently under review and I will hear a decision or another notice of action on my case in 60 days.

I wish all the others who are still waiting the best of luck. I am sure that everybody, especially the old filers will be approved soon..

Unfortunately, this process has been very unfair to some oldfilers as CIS is not following FIFO at all...

After LUD on 6/30/07 what message did u have online.

My PD date is 12/30/02.

After last LUD on 6/30, my message was something like "This case is pending in Texas Service Center ... etc." and it has been the same message since the transfer in March.

I saw that your last LUDs were 06/28 and 06/30, which is the same as mine, so I am sure that you will also get your approval soon..
