LUD 06/28 EB3-India PD JAN-04 RD SEP-04 .. What could be happening?

Hi Gurus,

I am EB3-India with PD JAN-04 RD SEP-04.

The LUD changed today LUD 06/28 .

1) What cud LUD change in my scenario mean ?
2) Last finger print was APR-06.Will that be still valid?

3) I have set up an Infopass for July 3rd .What else can I do to check the status...Can I call NSC?

Getting very anxious.
Please advice.
