LucyMo Pls Help ---Graduating before pre-completion OPT ends

my pre-completion OPT is 20th oct 05 - 19th Oct 06, and my employer is filing my H1 on April 1. I am graduating in August, so my concern is can I continue working on my pre-completion OPT even after I graduate till October 1 when I change my status to H1. Or is it true that after graduating, my I-20 and pre-completion OPT immediately and automatically expires.


Please help....Thanks :confused:
