1. I found that the DSP-122 form and 230 part i & ii arre availabel in iternet.
can i download the form and fill it up in computer and than a make a print out of that form and return it to KCC or I have to fill the forms with water mark 2006 provided by KCC with their mail?

2. How much time do i have to fill the forms and return it to kCC. is their any cut off date for reaching ir to KCC ?

your simple and quick answer will help me and ease me to fill up and gone through the procedure..

Thanx

send them quickly

Hi,

Fill the form and send it as soon as posible
you can fill the forms on the computer and download and then sign it, or download and fill it or you can use the same form they sent you and make copy of it,

But fill without delay and send it immediatly even if you have to use Express mail like DHL

I don't know any thing about cutoff date, read the instructions

tahnx

hi essam,

thanx 4 ur quick reply. I want to fill it up and send it back to KCC quickly. But i am stuck. Think about article 10 and 11 of DSP 230 part I form. In article 10 they asked a permanent address in USA where i intend to live. My qsns is how come it be possible for me 2 provide that information as i dont have any close relatives there.

Is it necessary to provide the address of that person who will provide me a sponser 4 article 10?

and what about article 11?

waiting 4 ur valuable reply..

thnx

those are just the addresses to send your card to.

You don't have to fill article 10. But you have to provide the address (at the interview or at the airport at the latest) to where INS will send your green card. If you don't have an address at the moment (it can be your friend's or relative's address, anybody who will send you your card later, when you enter the US), just write in the application - "will provide the address during the interview".

Need the answer Quickly!!!!!!!!

Hi LucyMo,

Thnx 4 ur quick reply.. atleast I am lucky enough to have ur reply. Its been a week or more that i received the notification from KCC. But still i can't manage or have enough courage to fill it out... although its easy .. Can u please help me out to fill the forms. .. for following items..

1. Under item #22 what occupation do u intend to work?.. what should be my answer.. coz i dont have any employment record for last ten yrs in my native country and iam still a student of Post graduate and am a student of Chartered Acoountant Institute.

2. To fill the forms in computer I need the soft copy which is availabe in the net. Is it a wise decision to fill the forms in computer after downloading it instead of using the form that KCC provided with their Notification.

3. How can i communicate with KCC? I make several attempts to reach KCC in phone but every time i am disappointed.. by the answering machine telling some agent will answer me. but Alas... I tried by mail them in kccdv@state.gov.. that is also not satisfactory.. Is there any other way ?

sorry for the long mail. Please answer me .. your quick reply will help me out to fill the Forms quickly.

Thnx

email or phone, be patient, follow instructions. It's not the answering machine, you are simply put on hold, and you have to hold until the next available agent answers.
They always answer questions via email, just do it in the right format (get instructions from the automated reply you get every time).
