Hi guys,
I started this thread to get a feel how many lucky ones like me are still waiting for GC with PD 2002. I thought I am the only one - but the Dec. bulletin confused me! Is there anybody else there with 2002 PD and EB2? According to congress man and Infopass everything including NC is clear in my case - but needs time!!

any hopes for approval. Recently responded to RFE (skin test)

Yesterday i got a letter as a reply to my SRC raised 3 months ago indicating that they are working on my case and will decide within 30 to 60 days. i know if it is not decided within next 4 days , no decision in 60 days! I really hope we all get cleared in this 4 days. Miracles do happen!

From Dec.2007 onwards doomed. Any prediction how India EB2 will move forward.

dont loose hope ... it (GC) will happen.

I thaught I am done for after seeing the retro back to Jan 02 in Dec bulletin (check my sig for details)..but miraclously, my 485 was approved just before Turkey Day!!
