hello Friends,

My case and my wifes case have been approved as of 09/14/2004.
I am finally relieved, this forum has been of immense help to me through
out this ordeal, i just can't imagine what i would have done without it!!

I so far had 3 Finger Printings, 3 EAD's ( just applied for the 4th one ) and 3 advanced paroles...

My case was stuck because of name check with the FBI. It just got cleared only 2 months back. I have also moved 4 times in the last year alone and have also
changed jobs!!.

Finally glad that this is over.

Thanks for each and every one in this Forum who have provided valuable advise to me.

What was the date of FBI Clearance & Did you take any senator or Congress man help?

What did you do after your FBI Name Check was cleared
