Hey guys. I posted my problem on this thread: http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?p=1804569&posted=1#post1804569
Well, I decided to take it up upon myself, and drove to the US to see what would happen, and got accepted with not much questioning. They just took me in to take a picture of me and scan my fingerprints, which I think it is what they do now for everyone who enters in the US. They scanned and checked my visa and passport at 2 different points, stamped my passport saying I was admitted, and gave me an I-94 good until June 2008.
I am yet to do a necessary trip within the next couple of months, would it be safe to assume that I was benefited from lack of information on their systems and my visa is still good?
