INS-Intentionally Not Slow

For 4 long years my ears are tuned to listening to the standard messages and for a change, I heard and heard again to confirm that my case was approved (so fast!!) and also updated as of date (may be the only thing that was really fast in my case!!) Now I feel that INS means Intentionally Not Slow
