Hi, I am a U.S. citizen and my wife is a Canadian citizen, she is also a LPR with a valid card. We reside in the U.S. and have a trip planned via air at the end of this month to Canada. Her Canadian passport has not yet been returned and we are afraid it isnt going to be in time. Our understanding is that her LPR card, along with her Canadian birth certificate and her valid drivers license will suffice for crossing the Canadian border AND the U.S. border.
Questions:
1. Is this info. accurate?
2. Has anyone personally experienced this same or similar situation?
3. If so can you provide the out come? (denied entry or re-entry)
I would be enterested in any other information you could provide along these lines.
