2.And what do you think,when is interview date for EU15xx?
3.Oh,and how important is English for getting GC,because my mother is not very fluent,so can that be a problem?? I mean she can speak English but not very correct with grammar?

Having a low case number is in some way a better chance to get the GC as you are more likely to be current ( your case number ), thus to get an interview date. That's even more true if you do AOS, as this process usually takes more time.

With a case number < 2000 for EU, you are likely to have your interview in October 2006.

For DV winners, English skills are not required. However, it has an influence on your job hunt.
