Low or risky case number?

I'm new here and I'm very honoured to request
some insightful info on behalf
of a relative.I've followed ur blog
posts and really learnt much.I just
wanna ask this:
What do u think of a case number
such as 2016AF405**,risky, low or
what?
When do u estimate that such CN
can be up for interview giving the
slow VB progression?

Not low, quite high, but not risky. Interview should be around July/August.

I don't thin k that number is very risky - although it might be a little riskier if you are charging to Nepal.
